So if you use an iPhone or iPod Touch, I’m sure you have heard of ‘cracked apps’; these are App’s that have been legitimately purchased but then been cracked so that it can run on a modified device with no cost.
But with the release of iPhone OS 3.0 drawing ever closer, how will the cracks work with In-App payments?
Because if an App comes with just the bare-bones of the App and you must pay for the extras then using the cracked App in theory will not work, seeing as In-App payments will be done server-side and not in the App.
So if an App gets cracked and used then will In-App payments work or will they work a way out to crack those too. Anythings possible but just an interesting theory.
I’ve had my iPhone 3G for about 3/4 months with frequent use and my right headphone is starting to deteriorate, so I searched for a replacement pair from Apple, thinking that this problem was maybe caused by myself, however to my suprise the reviews on the Apple store page shows that everyone has this problem. Here’s just a few:
For some people they are too eager to try the new iPhone OS to wait, you may have read of the problems that many of them run into but here’s a way round it.
Apple has today seeded out the Beta 3 of their iPhone OS 3.0 and the SDK to developers, no word on whats changed yet.

If your like many 2nd gen iPod Touch owners, you’ve been wanting to jailbrake your device for a long time now. There have been ways but they either cost money, or were not mainstream user friendly. The Dev-Team have finally released the beta of Redsn0w which is set to simplify the process.
OpenSSH and access the files wirelessly, but now there is a way to access the file system without having to jailbrake.
